We are excited to announce the arrival of a new avionics shop at Fairbanks International Airport.
WE ARE THE AVIATOR.
While the company is brand new, our technicians are anything but. We built our staff of highly skilled technicians by intentionally seeking out individuals with years of real-world experience here in the arctic. Our senior managers served in the US Army and helped literally write the book on how to modify and calibrate avionics equipment to thrive in Alaska's harsh climate.
Our technicians have worked on everything from puddle jumpers to jets, multi-million dollar helicopters to self-assembled cubs, and everything in between. Our team stands at the ready to set you up right.

Why did we start this adventure?
At the core of The Aviator is a love for Alaska and a commitment to its people. Alaska is our home. We have countless friends and family who fly out of the East Ramp and small, private landing strips. The people of Fairbanks and North Pole are our loved ones, and we believe they should have reliable, safe, expert service LOCALLY.
We dream of the day we can open training and career opportunities for local teens. We believe that as a state in love with aviation, we shouldn't have to import people to keep our flights safe. We want to train up the next generation of Alaskans to fix and maintain Alaska's fleets.
